TniSale
TniSale increase efficiency into commercial activities of a medium or small company, will provide a database for suppliers, invoices, cash register and also a credit module for your clients. Our software is very easy to use and intuitive, it will connect to your cash register to make your sale easier than ever providing barcode scanning, touch screen capabilities that will make your sale experience easier than ever.
TniSale is splitted into two modules of business, one for sale and one for administration purposes:
TniShop
Module that will allow an administrator to establish predefined list of items, types of documents users that can access the system. With this module you can define documents to register your products into your stock and also will monitor sales. It provides reports of sale, activity and status of your stock.
TniSale
Is the module that actual make the sale based on settings established on the TniShop module. Here, an sales man will just have to scan the product in order to make the sale, or - in the absence of a scanning equipment - will provide touch screen exploration based on category of items defined into TniShop to provide easy localization of the products for sale.
TniShop structure
Predefined lists
TniSale will not decide for you in defining types of documents both for sale or to enter your products. In this module, you can establish any particular document by just advising the software that it will increase, decrease or not affect your stock.
Is the module where you define your products. It will allow define both standard items but also, recipies based on raw material defined also here in this module. Here you can establish an aquistion price, commercial addition, and it will compute based on dynamic VAT, your final price to be sale. For recipies, will provide a method to specify quantities of raw material and based on those quantities and their aquisition prices will establish a aquisition price of the recipy. (Also images of the products or recipy can be attached).
Administrators can register both adminstrators or sales operators from within the operators module, based on their accounts established here, they will access the system.
For better information and also, if touch screen exploration will be used, items can be groupped by a tree of categories at the administrators will defined here in this module. (Also images of the categories can be attached).
Operations
This module permits defining the accounts based on which the documents will be created. Also, if business require that some sales will have to be done on credits, here you can define your clients. More, you can establish here credits available as sum and time on which they will be available. More, also here you will see a complete situation of what they bought based on your credit, how much they've payed, when and to whom of your sale operators.
Here you will see all documents of your business based on an interval of time specified by you and also it will allow you to create new documents at request.
Consists in two categories of reports: - On demand: Will be computed at request; - Background: Will show already computed reports which refresh automatically at your specified interval of time.
