Through touch lists, charts and fullsize screen keyboard, AutoExpense keep tracking data for multiple car and drivers with any pare for fuel consumption, service, consumables, spareparts. You can perform statistics, estimations all friendly at your hand.
If you want a car manager in your hand and easy to use, finger friendly no stylus, then AutoExpense might be the application for you. You dont have to take grant of it, you might just have a look and decide for yourself, an trial copy of it has all functions enabled, the only limitations about the trial version consists in number of the records that this application allows you to record. But all the feature are there you will not be suprised from trial version to full one.
Authorization
Your data is secured by a login screen based on a list of operators than can be mantained by you. Also, to be more easier a reminder for the account permits you save the account to be automaticaly displayed next time to login.
Nomenclator
To make easier your life will managing your personal auto or fleet for that matter, this application provides lists of autos, drivers, suppliers for fuel, suppliers for service, consumables, spareparts or operators. All included in touch scrolling lists. Where ever you go into the application, dynamic lists will provide ease input of the data. In those lists you cand add new, edit, delete or finger scroll into desired position.
Auto and Driver
AutoExpense is builded to work with a specific car teamed with a specific driver choosed right from the start of the application. for any other pairing, a restart is needed. Once there, foreach pair the following modules is provided:
Fuel consumption
Every entry is composed by: supplier, date of entry, kilometers when the car was filled up, price/liter of the fuel, total liters, total amount. Those data will be reflected in the list of the module, and also - more important, into the report module, where it will be builded for you, chart, analyses, statistics and estimations about it.
Service
Every service of the car will be mentioned here, informations as manpower, consumables, spareparts etc. Here you cand split the service events which is done, or future. Those service not accomplished yet will not be reflected into report module.
Fine
Fine module provide an history about the fines that the driver supported in time with the specified car. Informations as date, amount of the fine, reason or comments is provided.

Report modul is builded on the next following submodules:
Even that some computations, as totals, min, max or average computations are available in the lists of fuel, service or fine here various agregates functions help you reflect the situation the of car and driver. Charts not only that holds series (Fuel, Service), can reflect one of them or both by just selecting so from the menu, more - the charts cand be displayed not only for totals, but also for the agregates min, max or average. Just thiking is not enough and considering the limited space of a pda, the charts are not limited to the screen are, but extends far in the horizontal layout allowing you of course, by finger friendly input to scroll it. Statistics take in considerations data as charts, but offers more information into a touch list scroll which can help alot about your need for information. Estimations consider data and reflect as an example, the worst or best supplier into a period choosed of time. Time interval is by month, week, total into a range provided by two date pickers.
