It is a system for documents administration and their work flows. Electronic Archive can record document file types as: PDF, Tif, Jpg, Png, Gif, Bmp or other files considered by administrator as: Word, Excel (permission for our client to administrate). This product can be accessed through ActiveDirectory or through our personal authorization module where grousp and users can be defined.Why you need this system?

Categories:
There can be administrated by the client categories of documents. All documents will group under this category tree. Users and groups can be limited to enter into a branch of this category tree.Physical Locations:
Like category tree, our client can define a tree of physical locations on which documents uploaded into our system can be categorized by.Template attributes
Our client can decide a template of attributes in any nod of the category tree.Relations:
A document can be in more than one relation. By doing so, any open document for visualisation will indicate the collection of relations to which is part of, and by click any of those relations, the user can see all the other documents linked to the relation selected.Hierarchical documents:
Any document can contain more then one file, any of this files can contain more than one page. To this document can contain a colection of other documents with a depth level decided by the client.Workflow:
Over any node in the category tree can be installed any number of workflows. In every decisional step, the administrator can decide if a user or a group is responsible for the step, there can be defined actions as: modify document attributes, emailing a user, group or selection of user and/or group and also there can be defined external procedures which the system will call and by doing so it will link our product to other products like an ERP, SFA etc.OCR
In our system the client can decide which nodes from the category tree will support automatical OCR. This way, a document uploaded into a branch like this, will possess a new aditional set of attributes by whom it can be localized into database.Search module
It propose a simple module of searching documents which can be developed through suplemental criteria depending on the users will to search for specific records. The possibilities considered are based on relevant fields such as title, description, date of registration in the system reaches the preset search of any attribute node in a given client category, provides opportunities to group by category, physical location, relationship and not least by OCR - if the documents are part of a node class that has been activated OCR.Message module
TNI Electronic Archive system offers a way messaging between users based on activity in the system, so it may be linked to the email user and the streams are set for documents that users can decide about them in an optimal time.Forum

This system is a web framework developed in Silverlight, the client installation is extremely easy (requires installation of a Microsoft add-on client on station). Our product can be accessed both locally (intranet) and outside the company (internet - if necessary). The database used for our system is Microsoft SQL Server on an IIS server application.Next target
